Everyone deserves to feel healthy and live a thriving life. If you've been struggling and are ready to do something about it, I'm here to help you figure out a way to make it better. My intention is to provide you with a safe place and guidance to navigate life challenges, heal from emotional pain, grow, and explore and accept your authentic self.
My clinical training began at the University of Wyoming where I earned my Master in Social Work. I have since received specialized training in trauma informed clinical practice, co-occurring mental health and developmental disabilities, and I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. My background includes work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in several outpatient settings. I approach therapy from a strengths perspective and will help you foster confidence, attune to yourself, and gain skills to manage your own struggles in the future.
I grew up in Wisconsin (yes, I’m a Cheesehead), and fell in love with the wide open spaces of Colorado. When I’m not working, you will find me enjoying time with my family, camping in the Colorado Rockies, and reading about far away worlds. Daily walks with my two little dogs (Pug and Chihuahua!) keep me energized.
